These presidential campaign videos were created by Class N at Flushing International High School. They represent the final project of a month-long unit on the 2008 presidential election developed and executed collaboratively by Humanities teacher Erin Dowding and Media Arts teacher Dillon Paul. For the project, students were assigned a candidate and a region of the United States, while they were responsible for choosing a relevant issue, writing a script, selecting images, video footage and music, and editing in Final Cut Pro. The ad made by Diana, Ting Ting and fabian is really good, but is missing the music! the ad start with a voice over and then, when the voice i=over is gone the music start and draticly stop, i think that is something that need to be fixed before to be posted.

For the ad of Maria, Osbani and Zi Heng. I don't know from were the idea came from, but the music is not apropiate for an ad of this kind, the music should not have lyrics because even though it has a meaning the people will not pay atention to it because they will be focused on your written message specially when you have to many facts (like in your ad guys). Another thing is that when the ad is full of facts you don't leave space for the persuasive message, maybe you have one or two sentences that are not facts but they are used in a effective way.
NOTE: lat part of he message above should say, "...but they are NOT used in a effective way."
for the ad of Osbani and company I think that you guys should put a little more effort on it.. I honestly don't like the music I don't know whose idea was but it is not good for an ad sorry but I don't like it

I loves the way Angelin's and her group did their work is so nice how their show the immigrant. And the hardworking that this poor people pass when they are coming to U.S.

The ad made by Ms.Kerly and Ms.Huang is very well presented in which really was focused on the message. I believe that these two girls worked hard on their project. Good Work Kerly and Haung.

I think MengDi, Angelin, and Jia Hui's ad is good and I'm surprised that the narrator was MengDi. Mengdi you did a good job! You had clearly background voice. However, this ad seems very struggle for me; bcz I saw the images you guys changed are making my eyes really dizzy. So, I encouraged you if you can manipulate them in other ways.

they diid good job I think they put all of they effort in this project I really like how they make it.
MengDi, Angelin and the other student I have to said that I was to surprise because when i heard that the narrator was MengDi because i have seen her that she is to shy but, she left the shy to go away and she make her best work on her life.

You guys brought up many important issues here and presented them well. What is the next movie you will make? Now that the election is over, I think you should take your movie making skills and think about what issue YOU want to advertise for.
