These presidential campaign videos were created by Class O at Flushing International High School. They represent the final project of a month-long unit on the 2008 presidential election developed and executed collaboratively by Humanities teacher Erin Dowding and Media Arts teacher Dillon Paul. For the project, students were assigned a candidate and a region of the United States, while they were responsible for choosing a relevant issue, writing a script, selecting images, video footage and music, and editing in Final Cut Pro. Great openning and background music!!! I suggest maybe to lower the volume of the backgound music, so the narrator's voice can heard more clear. And is the black spot toward the end done by purpose? That is a liitle too long, plus the background sound just gone, and sounds and seems a little strange to me.

The little Obama is so cool. And may the shot could be done a little closer. So, it is better to let the audiences see and feel the facial expressions of the key person in the video.

at 2:30 i must not agreed with "new reforms" and such, he clearly stated on t.v he doesn't understand economy as well as he should and if he was elected,we could it had 4 more years of the great depression ahead of our middle classes, and lost so many opportunities for us(students)

Kahing and Angel, I love how music fits the Obama's speech. When I was watching this video, I thought Obama is truly the best leader. He is going to make our country happy and better place to live in.
Daniel, Diana, Xin Hui. Loved every minute of it, but don't you think the transition from slow music to a fast. Even thought there is teenage touch, I think everyone would enjoy it.
Erika, Anna, Andrea. It is very weird, but how did you know McCain going to get Boo from his followers on final speech. Weird!!!!!!!!!
Yaki, Ana, Sijie. All effects that you used were very well put together into one piece of creation. There is only few places were I would use video transitions.
Marleni, Zong Yong, Hashim. You were very unique in choosing to use text as a voice over. Loved it, to me it looked like a real campaign ad.

i think the best that they make it was this project i like the way that they started them i like how they match the pictures with the videos

Did you guys get to choose who you were going to support in your ad or was it important to have views from both sides? (it is hard, but a good practice to have to think about how to support someone you do not personally believe in.)
